BBC NEWS Science/Nature 'Hobbit' joins human family tree

I find it completely fascinating that another branch of humanity was co-existing with us until 12,000 years ago! And they nick- named them Hobbit! The stories of leprechauns and "little people" have taken on a whole new meaning.
