they're both broken
went to the specialist today - turns out both wrists are broken. i have surgery tomorrow at 11AM. this sucks.

Robin & John,
So sorry to hear about the other wrist. Sounds like you'll be taking it easy for a while. I would give you motherly advise, but you probably know more than I do about this. I've always feared broken bones and have never had one. I plan to get crazy-ski, motorcycle and anything else that's dangerous----when the kids are grown! Let's see--I'll be in my late 60's by then. OK, I'll get crazy, break my bones and let the nursing home people take care of me?? or NOT!
